The Mind of Cleveland billboards were designed by Mari Hulick and Carl Pope and printed by Clear Channel for display throughout the Cleveland metropolitan area. Cleveland residents created the quotes used for each billboard by submitting them through the “The Mind of Cleveland” website. Second graders at Richmond Heights Elementary School then selected the quotes by pulling them out of a paper maché hat scultpure. |
